In this Loom, I'll show you how to easily view tribute gifts in Humana True. First, head to the campaigns section in your left sidebar. Then, search for the campaign category called "donation actions," which includes all campaigns assigned to gifts made through your online donation landing page called Pinecone. If a donor chooses to give a gift in memory of or in honor of someone, you'll see it in the "tribute gifts" section. To view these gifts, click on "47 actions" and change the time range filter to "last seven days" to see recent gifts. If you see any errors or duplicates, you can log out and clean up your database.
