After migration, users get a similar layout to v1 but with cleaner presentation and more data, organized into orders, subscriptions, invoices, ledger, and payment attempts. A key change is that billing starts with placing an order (via Bill patient) rather than creating an invoice first, and packages and subscription blocks are used to combine one-time line items and recurring intervals. It also covers how taxes can be configured per line item, how to add invoice and subscription notes, and how roles like Billing Admin affect options such as pausing subscriptions, voiding or marking invoices uncollectible, and refunding.
