We also simplified the process by creating a process-driven UI and breaking down the input into manageable steps. I'll be demonstrating how we enabled users to create two direct debit mandates in a single process, making it easier for them to set up rent payments and recollect any outstanding balances. Additionally, we added options for rent advance and upfront payment, which customers had been requesting. Overall, we made the direct debit setup process much simpler and more efficient.
