In Actions, the presenter selects Customer Dedupe, chooses Duplicate, and starts a new session, where you can enable Allow Rec and Med Merges and set a Minimum Confidence percentage (for example, 50%) with specific matching identifiers such as first name, last name, phone number, date of birth, email, and driver’s license number. They then run matching to review results, for example using Devin, and exclude profiles that should not be merged. Scheduled merges run between 2 and 6 AM Eastern Standard Time the following day.</description></oembed>
