On a quote, you get editable cost fields like cost and a manual cost box, and unchecking reverts back to the system cost. When I convert to a sales order and then create a PO, the overridden costs carry through and publish to the linked PO, including for dropship POs. I also note you can stack vendor cost rules on the PO. No viewer action was requested beyond turning the feature on in settings.</description></oembed>
