Signature fields are pre-mapped on supported forms, so collaborators can fill out and sign in a single workflow, no manual setup required. Team admins can enable the feature in Team Settings. Once on, agents can assign signature fields directly in the form, and collaborators will automatically be prompted to sign after completing their sections.
