From the left menu under Accounting, I show you to go to Returns and Credits, select the project, keep item deposit or invoice checked, choose the refund type, and set the posting date and fiscal month. I recommend deleting credit memo and using a specific description like refund for wall covering. Then I select the item(s), adjust the refund amount if needed, and click Save. The refund posts successfully and you can view the credit memo PDF and apply it to future invoices.</description></oembed>
