We then move on to reviewing the floor plan, where you can see a bird's eye view of your space and how all the items should be placed. I provide both colored and black and white versions of the floor plan, along with dimensions. Next, I show you the perspective version, a 3D rendering where you can interact with the room and move your cursor around. This gives you a clear idea of picture and furniture placement, as well as the overall look of the space once it's completed.
