We have expanded the roles tracked in the system to ensure accurate tracking of research team members. In Cayuse, we will only be adding Michigan Tech research team members, not external collaborators. I demonstrate how to add team members with different roles, such as principal investigator, co-principal investigator, and investigator. I also mention that there are other role types available, but we will only be using these three. I provide a link to the Cayuse role definitions and emphasize not to use the other role types. Additionally, I explain the concept of credit allocation and clarify that we are not currently collecting or reporting on this data. Finally, I mention that anyone added as senior personnel will need to approve the proposal.</description></oembed>
