First I confirm the job is actually spending by checking the sponsored status, that spend is increasing, and that the campaign looks active like a normal sponsored posting. If it is sponsored but not behaving correctly, I stop the campaign and recreate or restart the sponsorship, then recheck. If it still fails, I contact Indeed Support from Help, and I save their response with screenshots, the job title and job ID, and any notes on what they changed.
