From the home screen, users navigate to a storage location’s Audit tab to set audit frequency, such as completing an audit every seven days, or pause auditing temporarily. Admins can create an audit now, optionally assign it to an inventory mode user, or start it themselves to confirm items in real time, add unexpected items manually, and include notes, then confirm for an instant results report. After completion, admins can view the last completed audit and the next scheduled prompt, and they can also reschedule or cancel audits. The Loom also shows inventory mode users opening their assigned audit, adjusting quantities and expiration dates, adding notes or items, and confirming to see the audit details.</description></oembed>
