When an Ashby job syncs into Guide, opening the scheduling plan shows stages and scheduling plan content pulled from Ashby, including the Ashby activity and the interview. For Ashby shared interviews, Guide will pull interview settings through if configured in Guide global interview defaults, while custom interviews require adding interviewer requirements in the job settings. If scheduling plans already exist in a job, Guide will not override them but may sync a new version based on Ashby; changes in Ashby can be updated via sync from ATS, adding a new scheduling plan version.
