This week we locked the scope, full build spec, architecture, core instructions, front end, and accessories, before writing any code. We finished the 9 slide pitch deck, and made key decisions: SVS5 from Superteam Brazil, Streaming Vault as the base, Kemino for Yeld, Parents Control Funds, Kids view only, and we take 10% of Yeld. We only profit when families earn, with 100,000 families on Solana, and monthly distributions under 500 per year. Week 3 is executed with Kemino CPI tests first, then core instructions.
