The advanced workflow goes beyond the existing kiosk body to capture onset, pain scale, qualities, aggravating and relieving factors, mechanism of injury, and supports multiple complaints with a progress graph over time, including closing a complaint when resolved. Providers can edit any complaint details, choose which complaints are included in the printed note, and see complaints flow into dedicated tabs alongside patient intake forms. The feature is enabled under Settings, Clinic, Customization in “kiosk/patient hub 360 settings,” where it can be set to Basic or Advanced.</description></oembed>
