I've confirmed that all relevant services are running properly on my desktop. I tested package 7736 by running it manually with the event ID, and it worked fine. However, when I tried to run the same package via command line, I encountered an error stating that it is not a valid boolean value, which is also happening with my other packages. Please take note of this issue as we may need to investigate further.
