It's essential to complete this by the close of business day, and I recommend doing it right after writing the application to avoid forgetting. You'll log into HQ, navigate to the waffle menu, and select either "new lead with application" or "new application" based on whether you're applying for yourself or someone else. Make sure to fill out all required fields, including the applicant's name, policy type, and payment details. Finally, attach a screenshot PDF of the policy and hit save to complete the submission.
