It appears that the requirement for the name to match "book appointment" is not being met, as indicated by the message stating that no items were sent on this branch. I've confirmed that the name does match in VAPI, but I'm unsure where else to look for a solution. I believe that once the Switch node successfully sends info to the Book Appointment node, everything should work as intended. If anyone has insights on how to resolve this, I would appreciate your input.
