I made this video to explain the new process for event and show requests. Whenever someone wants to do an event or show, they have to fill out a request and interview form online. Once they hit submit, it goes into the CRM under appearance requests. I vet them by reading through the information provided and checking their website to make sure their mission aligns with ours and they have a large enough audience. If it&apos;s an event, then it goes on the meeting list to go over the requests with Brad and Jean and Dory. After I&apos;ve read it, then it can be marked as an event and put into the event seminars. If there&apos;s a contract, there usually isn&apos;t for JVs. Once in a while that will be if there&apos;s a speaker contract, but usually there&apos;s no contract and there&apos;s no payments. The show goes over to Sarah&apos;s page to post the show.</description></oembed>
