From Academic Search, I click Reports, select the correct unit and the position or positions, and choose the Princeton University EEO Voluntary Self-Identification form. I then go to View Report and click Response Summary to get the applicant level data needed for the search report. Note that detailed applicant responses are not visible to search officers. After running it, I download the Response Summary as an Excel and you can export it to a PDF.</description></oembed>
