We recently onboarded Alex, who wasn't yet in our system, but by enabling the all company group in the group-sync manager app, I was able to expedite his addition. I submitted a form to trigger a sync, selecting the simplest mode to sync contacts only. After refreshing our contact list in destructor, I confirmed that Alex was successfully added. I encourage you to familiarize yourself with this process for future onboarding.
