We've made it editable for you and added the option to send a text message along with the email reminder. Once the payment reminder form is submitted, it will send a generic email template and a text message, add a note to the account, and create a late payment opportunity in the service pipeline. Remember, this is a one-off reminder and not a countdown to policy cancellation. Please check it out under the service dropdown and feel free to adjust the email template as needed.
