It parse a JD through an LLM call at temperature 0.2 to extract title, required and preferred skills, minimum experience, and must haves, then score 18 candidates instantly using fast auditable rule based logic across six dimensions for match out of 100. It also assess genuine interest with conversational roleplay signals and generate a ranked Interest Rate out of 25 plus an optional personalized first touch email. It then shortlist using 60 percent match score and 40 percent interest score, and export the shortlisted candidates.</description></oembed>
