Shopify variants were not suitable, so I built a custom solution that sends all selections to the cart as line item properties and shows a full configuration summary in the cart drawer. I also covered pricing, video display, and theme-controlled estimated shipping, plus optional announcements, chat, and analytics integrations using GA and Facebook Pixel.
