When an appointment status changes from Confirm to No Show, the workflow moves the stage from Book to No Show and enrolls the lead in the No Show workload, then sends a follow up email after 15 minutes, and another after 4 hours. If the lead reschedules, the workflow removes it from the sequence, tags it as rescheduled, and stops the no show follow ups. If they still do not reschedule, after the last email, 3 days later it updates to Close Loss and adds a nurturing tag, then continues nurture emails until the lead reschedules or is nurtured. I did not ask you to take any action in the video.</description></oembed>
