This feature lets you sync specific documents instead of everything. First, I recommend doing a bulk sync, then give it a few minutes depending on your documents. Once completed, the documents appear in the configured bulk sync folder in SharePoint. After that, I click Select again and use Sync to SharePoint to choose the specific documents to sync, then the selected documents sync to the selected sync folder. No viewer action was explicitly requested beyond following these steps.
