Starting on the Submittals and O&amp;M’s tab, you select the correct line item (for example F1), ensure the datasheet column is enabled via Manage Columns, and click the Add icon to choose the right datasheet from the Parseback Catalog, then open Annotate Viewer. The viewer shows temporary green-highlight suggestions based on model number and manufacturer recognition, which disappear unless confirmed. You can mark up using the rectangle tool, adjust or replace boxes by selecting and dragging new highlights, add callouts with text or stamps, and save and exit from the upper right once finished.</description></oembed>
