I show an active text conversation with a caller via Texty, and once connected, the Prepared user can click on "transfer conference" to see a list of connected accounts. I explain how the inbound message pops up for the Prepared user, who can choose to dismiss or open it to accept the transfer. I also highlight that the conversation history is visible between Texty and Prepared. Additionally, I mention that if one account user ends or resolves the chat, it will be reflected for the other account user. Watch the video to see the conferencing feature in action!
