I walk through creating the topic, setting the community and committee group, choosing an expiry date like 24 April, and setting vote settings such as whether members can see votes and change them until close. When you save, an email and daily comment summary can be sent to committee members. I then show how they can view the topic and vote in the resident portal and how admins can update the linkage.</description></oembed>
