First, you'll need to log into Facebook.com and navigate to your Settings and Privacy, then to the Privacy Center. There, you can find the option to object to the AI training; just make sure to input your email if it doesn't auto-populate. I encourage you to share your reasons for opting out in the text box provided or use the template I’ve included below this video. Once you're done, simply hit submit to complete the process.
