I have an exciting announcement about a new feature called California Break Policy. If you have employees based in California, meal and rest breaks can be challenging. With the California Break Sign-Off Tool, you can ensure compliance with California laws. When this policy is turned on, employees will be prompted to fill out a form before clocking out if they have been on the clock for 4 hours or more. This confirms that they&apos;ve taken their breaks or have mutually agreed to waive them. I&apos;ll show you how to set it up in the web portal and assign employees. Plus, I&apos;ll explain how to access the daily sign-offs report. Action requested: Please review the helpdesk article for complete instructions.</description></oembed>
