When a connected partner shares a new record such as a delivery or purchase order, the system logs a new record received event and can automatically send an email to the address on your user profile, with the subject line showing exactly what was shared, for example Factory ABC sent a delivery record to Euroforest Trading. Before sending, it checks your personal notification settings and will not email if you opt out, and it will not notify for internal actions, edits to your own team, or historical updates. You can control this from the top right by selecting user settings, then notifications, where email notifications is the master switch and inbox toggles alerts for new incoming records.</description></oembed>
