The new case page has a fresh look, improved user experience, and better organization. Now, you can review and work on your cases more efficiently. No more tabs! Everything you need is on a single page. You can access case details easily and expand the case action sidebar when needed. Assigning admins, setting priorities, marking attorney-client privileged, and resolving cases are now simpler than ever. Plus, we've added a progress bar that automatically advances as you take action. It's a great way to track your progress. Oh, and we've also introduced a new comments feature for easy collaboration with other admins. You can mention them and tag them for seamless teamwork.
