Go to Settings, find Apps, enable Allow notifications, and make sure everything is toggled on. Then set Permissions so Microphone is on, and allow Phone so the app can make and receive calls. Turn Manage app if unused off, so the app is not put to sleep. Also set Battery to Unrestricted so you do not miss calls, messages, or notifications.
