It starts in the Open schedule and then the Hours tab, where viewers click Trainers AI in the top right corner and choose which trainers it should contact. Viewers then select have AI call trainers or have AI text trainers, and the AI reaches out and adds the hours the trainers provide. Trainers can reply or call back anytime to request changes, and the AI can also help with schedule checks, booking or moving lessons, and messaging clients, with the hours appearing in the Hours tab.
