From the Visitor Management dashboard, users can open the Bulk Visit modal to manually add visitors, upload a CSV using our downloadable template, or invite an existing visitor group. The system automatically displays the full visitor list, highlights any errors for quick correction, and even allows users to duplicate entries to speed up creating similar visits. After submitting, a loading bar shows progress before confirming that all visits were successfully created and added to the Visits table. Overall, this feature significantly streamlines the process for managing large events, varied schedules, and multi-host visitor coordination.
