The bar on the Galaxy home page streamlines access and respects feature permissions, improving usability for both admins and managers. It will be available at the start of UAT and in production with the release, on by default for all single architecture customers, and first appears expanded before defaulting to a collapsed state after it is closed. Visibility depends on permissions: Access to Learning Experience for learning experience access, Galaxy Admin Dashboard for the admin dashboard, CanView Manager Dashboard for the manager dashboard, and Access to System Settings for system settings.
