We now have new sub-panels that provide detailed insights into incidents, including impacts, individuals involved, and timeline events. Additionally, we can generate and add actions directly related to the investigation, and we’ve introduced a separate sub-module for contributing factors. This allows us to clearly identify and document multiple root causes, such as equipment misuse or procedural compliance issues. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these changes and consider how they might enhance your workflow.</description></oembed>
