Starting from the Home tab, you can select Expenses and then Process, where you can filter by Expense Card Group or Branch. Once you select the approved expense cards you want to process, you can create a batch by clicking the Create Batch button, which will auto-generate a code and description. Remember to provide an analysis date and optionally a payment date before finalizing the batch, which will then be available in the Review tab for export to your accounting package.
