If you can't remember your login details but have an email on file, simply navigate to the State Fire Training Portal and select "retrieve your existing SFT ID." After submitting your request, check your email for a confirmation, which may take up to 60 minutes to arrive, and don't forget to look in your junk and spam folders. If you remember your password, you can log in to your user portal, where your SFT ID will be displayed at the top left of your My Profile page. Please take these steps to ensure you have your ID readily available.
