It covers two ways to access rollover, either from an individual booking page using the roll over icon or from the booking manager search screen via the three dot menu. In the setup screen, you enter a new start date and choose a rate option: Copy Rates, Use Current Default Rates, or Increased rates by percentage, then click Continue.
