Dispatchers define the days, times, channels, and generation window once, and NowGo then creates shifts as far into the future as required. I walk through going to Resourcing, then Recurrent Shift Rules, and clicking Create Recurrent Shift Rule, including setting an example weekday pattern, seven days ahead, and starting next Monday. You can optionally assign a driver and vehicle. The rule is active immediately, and recurring shifts show the word recurring in the shift names.</description></oembed>
