After login, users review certifications and HR requirements, then see today’s overview with counts for vices in progress, needing attention, scheduled, and completed. In the Visits tab, users add individual, group, or non-billable events, start a visit to enter data through behaviors, skills, and ABC sections, then add and edit a note, generate an AI summary if enabled, and end and sign the visit and note. It also explains how in-progress or missing-notes visits appear and can be finished later.
