In this video, I shared our mission to transform people's lives through English, emphasizing the importance of experience, multilingualism, and passion for teaching. I outlined our expectations for coaches, including a commitment to full-time work and achieving a 90% average show-up rate from students. We aim to help nearly 1,000 students from diverse backgrounds, and I encouraged you to consider joining us in this journey.
