Once connected, I can easily ask Moz questions such as how many students I have or who is the best fit for a job description. For example, I queried about a data scientist role and found that Jingyi is a near perfect fit with three years of experience. I also highlighted that Lynn, one of my mentees, lacks some key skills despite having a relevant degree. I encourage employers to leverage Moz for vetting candidates and comparing their skills and experiences.
