In this Loom, I'm demonstrating a tool I built to help me source for large events. I'm optimizing for diversity constraints like an even gender mix, no more than one person from the same company, and people in the right phase of life for co-living. I'm using Ian's recommendations and downloading LinkedIn profiles to estimate age and summarize profiles with chat GPT. I've done this for 217 people and have all their profiles saved in the cloud. Now, I'm trading off against all these profiles and ticket sales to decide who to invite. If I do probably yes, then that puts them into the considering pile. Check it out!
