In the matter’s delivery status, you scroll to step six Delivery timing, switch the toggle from immediately to scheduled, and set the date, time, and timezone. You cannot choose a past date or a date more than 365 days out, then select Delivery setup complete and save. After saving, the matter status changes to portal delivery scheduled, it drops from the active unresolved list, and any documents in the response folder at portal open time are what get delivered.
