MFA is required for every user and cannot be switched off, and a personal account is a common cause of failure. On first sign-in, you will see an enrollment page with a QR code; scan it with your Authenticator app, then enter the 6-digit code and select Continue. Codes change every 30 seconds, and if enrollment keeps failing, remove every lavender entry from your app and try again in an incognito window.
