For request 18309, I export the issued quote as a PDF, then create a Committee Hub topic called quote approval, upload the quote PDF and contractor quotes, set an expiry date, and add a vote with settings for visibility and changes until the closing date. Committee members can review and vote in the resident portal. After the vote, I mark the quote complete, convert it to a work order, and if needed share the work order back to the committee. There is no direct viewer action requested, it is a walkthrough.</description></oembed>
