School begins at 8 a.m. and dismissal is at 2:45, with car riders joining the line at 2:30 and walkers dismissed starting at 2:55; bus riders are just prior to car rider dismissal. Students should be on time daily, and if arriving after 8:05 families must sign children in at the building. The principal, Mrs. Milks, also encourages sending a water bottle with water only due to the hot weather and reminds families to ask what Duke Pride means and what P-R-I-D-E stands for. Let's have a great first week! Goooooo Dukes!
