There are 3 major groups of tech audience in NEAR ecosystem: App Developers, Platform Enablers, and Platform Developers.  The strategies of engaging with each of the group is drastically different, and even within the groups there are different needs and focus NEAR ecosystem may have to achieve more / attract more relevant contributors.

This document is created to align different teams on what it means when we say “we focus on developers”.
